I’m a Washingtonian by relocation, a Texan by birth, and a seeker of inner peace and beauty.  I’ve worked in history museums for seventeen years and delight in literature, history, the arts, travel, and my family.  With one marriage and a long-term relationship behind me, I find self-discovery is a constant and welcoming thing in the life of a single adult woman.  In the frenzied atmosphere of Washington, DC, coupled with the desire to have a home life after traveling for years, I’m inspired to create a lovely table setting and welcoming living space, listen to new and evocative music, capture things of beauty through a camera’s lens, and share a dose of sensory  and thoughtful appeal to every day living.   Grab a latte, a glass of vino tinto, or some room-temperature spring water, and enjoy….
